He successfully exited two IT startups in management and healthcare. In the last 4 years he has been involved in the more than fourfold growth of Euro Enterprise Development , where he has acquired the position of partner.
Since 2019, he has been primarily focusing on strategic development in the field of cybersecurity and blockchain technologies. Apollo Ventures is the result of this effort, where he is fully responsible for the project's functioning and development.

Tomáš is a long-term investor and trader, active in the crypto asset market since 2016. Since 2017, he has been managing portfolios in the crypto asset sector. He uses a macroeconomic perspective in combination with behavioral finance and fundamental analysis to optimize investment strategies and risk management. Risk management is his greatest strength, having shielded capital from events such as the Terra Luna, Three Arrows Capital, and FTX crashes. Tomáš studied finance with a focus on risk management, quantitative portfolio management, and financial derivatives at the University of Economics. He also holds ZPKT certification for portfolio management and derivatives to the full extent.

Roman is an analytical person who thinks in probabilities. His high intellect, analytical skills, and university education in computer science, data science, and finance gives him a unique skillset that has enabled him to repeatedly outperform the vast majority of digital asset market participants in recent years. He primarily seeks highly asymmetric opportunities, which, with proper risk management, can bring multiple times higher profits than those available in traditional capital markets.

Richard previously served as the financial director of a corporation with more than 500 employees and is currently a partner at ARROWS ETL Global. With his team, he ensures that Apollo Ventures' accounting and tax processes are fully transparent and compliant with legislation. He also provides tax advice to our investors. He is registered in the Czech Chamber of Tax Advisers under registration number 4847.
